Unable to attend the ceremony on May 17, 2008
For those who were not able to attend the Initiation Ceremony. Here’s the most frequent asked questions.
How do I receive my certificate – Certificate are held in the Academic Affairs office room AD-101 (Administration Bldg by Sierra Hall) until December 12, 2008. After this date certificates are discarded. A new certificate can be ordered for $10.00 and will be ready for pickup after 3 business days.
(Three business days is required to prepare certificate)
I still need to purchase my Phi Kappa Phi Regalia – Regalia will be for sale after May 17, 2008 in the Academic Affairs office, room AD-101. Cash or checks are accepted no credit cards. Please bring exact dollar amount. Stole $25.00, Cord $10.00 and Medallion $10.00
